How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if your return has been approved.
Returned items may only be sent back in new condition with the original packaging and accessories. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/broken plastic, etc., will not be accepted. If the product returned to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not issue a refund or exchange.
Items excluded from exchange include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products, and products damaged due to improper handling by customers.
What if the items I receive are damaged?
Have you received a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact our customer support team (contact page) to initiate the return process.
Please include the following information:
4-digit order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective product
Complete shipping address
How long does the return process take?
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Where can I get a return label?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a return label. You will need to write the address on the package on your own.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you have not yet received a credit for your return, follow these steps:
Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
How do I change or cancel my order?
For cancellation requests, please contact our support team at email@example.com and provide your order number and the change you would like to make. We will confirm the cancellation once the change has been made. Please note that orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be modified or canceled. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it is in the shipping process (usually after about 12 hours).
